We are able to provide all the services you may need for your special event. The barn is a flexible space suitable for any occasion from parties to celebrations of life, offering the perfect exclusive venue and facilities

Your Special Event
Suffolk Barn is a venue suitable for many occasions, such as for Music or Recording, Corporate events, Team Building, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Parties, Celebrations of Life or other family or social gatherings.
The space is very flexible with a larger ‘upper’ and adjoining ‘lower’ barn where a dance floor can be set up for celebrations and parties, along with appopriate funky lighting. Alternatively the space can be left open and clear for more formal family or social occasions.
We can accommodate up to 350 standing guests should tables and chairs not be required for larger gatherings.
We can provide tables and chairs for 160 guests, but can bring more in if you need. You can then move into the “lower barn” for your after party where we have built in LED party lights and a dance floor.
We also have a separate meeting / reception area, a kitchen area for outside caterers, toilets and there is space alongside the barn for a further marquee to increase numbers.
The essence of the our venue is to offer a basic package which allows you to create your own event, rather than be dictated to by others.

We recently had a Celebration of Life for my late grandfather at the barn – though a slightly less conventional event to have there, everyone involved did a remarkable job.
The venue is in the most beautiful location, and was the perfect place for family and friends to congregate and catch-up. Rupert was so helpful and attentive in the planning, and Paul and the catering team were brilliant and so conscientious.
Thank you so much to all involved for making what was an otherwise pretty tough day run seamlessly. Would definitely recommend the barn for anyone looking to host an event to remember!
Music or Recording Events
The acoustics in the barn are literally second to none. We have hosted live recorded music ensembles, choirs, a micro live concert and even a big charity pop concert. Of course on top of this we have hosted multiple bands for parties and weddings over the years.
Additonally the atmosphere we are able to create with the sound and lighting is quite magical and the options are endless with such a quiet and secluded setting.
